Position Requirements The Marketing Team at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing professional to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, and supporting the Managed Services Business Unit, the
Business Development Marketing Manager will spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive brand awareness and cultivate a robust pipeline for NAPA's innovative anesthesia focused managed services targeting academic health institutions and large, integrated health systems.
This role is pivotal in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing marketing efforts to support growth in managed services.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on professional with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B lead generation, marketing automation, and inbound marketing-especially within the healthcare sector-to generate revenue and meet business objectives.
This is an in-person role, with the potential to work from home at the manager's discretion.
Key Responsibilities Account-Based Marketing Strategy: - Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business goals for managed services in targeted hospital markets.
- Execute targeted, data-driven ABM programs that drive B2B demand generation and increase customer acquisition.
Marketing Automation: - Utilize ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage segmentation, email workflows, and automated lead nurturing initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: - Track, measure, and analyze marketing metrics, including funnel performance and campaign effectiveness, to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Leverage data insights to refine marketing tactics and align them with revenue objectives.
Collaboration with Business Development: - Partner closely with the Business Development team and regional leadership to implement data-informed ABM strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.
Market Insights: - Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and local market dynamics to craft campaigns that resonate with healthcare stakeholders.
Lead Generation and Call Campaigns: - Lead outbound call campaigns to initiate, nurture, and qualify leads while ensuring follow-up and engagement at every stage of the sales funnel.
Event Marketing: - Strategize and execute lead generation efforts for healthcare conferences, symposiums and industry events to enhance brand presence and establish relationships with key healthcare clients.
Content Development: - Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant marketing materials tailored to specific managed services sectors, such as blogs, whitepapers, one-pagers, videos, and other educational content.
Referral Campaigns: - Manage campaigns to strengthen referral programs, fostering internal advocacy to drive new client acquisitions.
Position Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and growth through multi-channel campaigns in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), with expertise in lead scoring and nurturing workflows preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing the sales funnel , nurturing leads, and improving conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multi-source data, report on KPIs, and optimize pipeline development.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media , and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel (10%) for healthcare conferences and business development events.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proven expertise in outbound lead generation strategies, including call campaigns and event marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Total Rewards - Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
