JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager 4
LOCATION: 100% Remote
PAY RANGE: $63-73/hour
DURATION: 8 month contract
TOP 3 SKILLS: - 6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within technology sector
- 5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs
- Experience with ABM marketing and within healthcare and life sciences marketing a plus.

Our client, a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Marketing Manager 4 to bring onto the team.
Reporting into the Americas Industry Marketing team within the Experience Cloud, in this role, you will be a key marketing partner for Strategic sales leadership, helping to drive segment pipeline and revenue growth.
Representing the 'whole of marketing', you will:
- Develop and implement integrated, quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and sales revenue goals
- Manage marketing program execution across the segment team and executional centers of excellence (demand, experiences, campaigns, content, partner).
- Report back to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem on marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross function teams: sales, demand marketing, partner marketing (+partners) to develop and optimize marketing programs.
- Own and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many events for your segment/industry
- Drive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and Sales.
What you will need to succeed:

- Experience in working with data, planning and executing events and ABM marketing programs
- Operational rigor and organization skills - this role will require you to manage projects across the entire ecosystem while maintaining meaningful communication with sales and marketing leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within technology sector
- 5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs
- Experience with ABM marketing and within healthcare and life sciences marketing a plus.
- The above experience will happily be taken in lieu of a college degree.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Be a strong communicator with attention to detail. Listen and distill feedback and points of view from all levels of the organization.
