Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: Washington, DC Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in executing various campaigns, initiatives, and projects. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our products/services and enhancing brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels. Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content, including posts, stories, and ads, to engage our audience and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other collateral. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tracking key metrics and providing insights for optimization. Providing general administrative support to the marketing department, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing software, analytics tools). Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media advertising). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
