Looking for an outdoor position at the lake? We've got just the position for you! Sugartree Marina and Salt Fork Marinas are hiring a Marina Supervisor. The primary focus of the Marina Supervisor is on the customer, safety is of the utmost importance. Directly supervises dockhands and marina attendants. • Must be at least 18 or older
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of safely operating various water vessels, maintenance and operations of docks & fueling stations
• Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations
• Prior Marina work or boat ownership helpful
• Must be able to swim
• If not currently certified, must complete a NASBLA Boater Safety Course
• If not currently certified, must complete Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all guests to foster enjoyment of facilities by all.
• Uphold the appearance and cleanliness standards of the marina facilities to enhance guest perception.
• Exceed the expectations of every guest to maximize revenue and word of mouth.
• Monitor marina facilities to refill consumable supplies to allow all guests to utilize amenities.
• Communicate information to all stakeholders so that everyone is aware of needs and opportunities.
• Manage organizational resources to facilitate exceptional guest experiences.
• Obtain required certifications for yourself and your team to perform within the confines of the law.
