Job Summary

As a Car Wash Lead, you will be responsible for assisting your Store's Leadership in attaining WetGo goals and objectives while generating sales growth.

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Experience Desired: Previous Car Wash Management
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Technical/Mechanical School
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, customers, and products.
• Achieve and maintain prompt, courteous customer service, attend to customer concerns/complaints and promote company culture.
• Clean windows on the car wash building. Clean car wash area by sweeping debris, shoveling snow and salting when necessary. Hose down the concrete area of the car wash.
• Hand finish cars as needed.
• Assist Store Leadership in achieving targeted sales for site. Build ongoing relationships with customers to establish repeat business and referrals.
• Assist customers in finalizing sales as needed.
• Responsible for ordering and receiving of all WetGo supplies.
• Motivate team to provide value-added services, such as vehicle prepping, as needed.
• Maintain communication with Store Leadership and WetGo Team Members.
• Assist in training and leading current WetGo attendants and new hires.
• Implement all WetGo promotions, including signage, ordering, team training, establishing team performance goals, etc.
• Develop work assignment sheets for every WetGo shift — ensuring completion on a daily basis.
• Support and enforce all company policies as presented in the GetGo Handbook and/or established by GetGo Management regarding safety and security procedures and other company policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure car wash uptime expectations are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floor, interior and exterior car wash and vacuum areas, etc., to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met.
• Keep car wash area clean by sweeping debris and shoveling snow when necessary.

Starting Rate of Pay

$16.50
