Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Lot Porter/Service Valet at Lustig Automotive Holdings in Westminster, California. As a Lot Porter/Service Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership's lot, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees also have the opportunity for career growth and development within our company. Starting hourly pay is $16.00 per hour. Up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
•Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and showroom
•Park and arrange vehicles in an orderly manner
•Keep the lot free of debris and ensure all vehicles are properly displayed
•Assist with moving vehicles, as needed
•Retrieve and park customer vehicles for service appointments
•Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
•Assist with small tasks in the service department, such as vehicle washes and tire rotations
•Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Prior experience in automotive industry or customer service preferred
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
•Proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
