Job Description As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while serving as a key representative of the company brand. This position requires someone who understands the agricultural market deeply and can leverage their local network to support farmers' needs while contributing to market share growth.

You will work closely with the Senior Loan Officer and other team members to develop effective business strategies, while maintaining direct relationships with clients through regular visits and consultations. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in agricultural financing while working with cutting-edge financial technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve location-specific growth objectives through strategic loan portfolio management
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures in all lending activities
• Support risk management and collection activities within the assigned portfolio
• Drive loan operations efficiency while maintaining positive client experiences
• Participate in loan marketing efforts within the designated area/region
• Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and generate new loan opportunities
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on loan operations and client interactions
• Collaborate with Senior Loan Officer and team members on business strategy development

Required Experience/Skills

• Agricultural background with demonstrated business development experience
• 1-3 years of experience in credit and underwriting
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong track record in loan documentation
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in agricultural lending
• Established network within the local agricultural community
• Knowledge of agricultural technology and trends
• Experience with financial technology platforms

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
