Georgia's Dream Nannies is looking for a skilled and reliable Handy Man/Property Manager to join a wonderful family in Richmond Hill. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage various property maintenance tasks, including outdoor responsibilities such as lawn care, pool cleaning, and general upkeep of the grounds. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and detail-oriented approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. In addition to maintaining the property, you may assist with minor repairs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the overall functionality and appearance of the home and its surroundings.

This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year and includes the flexibility to live on-site or off-site, with living expenses covered if you choose to reside on the property.
