Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to clients throughout their real estate journey.
Conduct property showings and assist clients with property selection.
Guide clients through negotiations to secure the best deals.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the local real estate market.
Demonstrate a self-driven, goal-oriented approach to meeting sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
A strong background in customer service and sales.
A valid Real Estate License (or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days).
Solid understanding of real estate principles and the local market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Motivated and goal-oriented, with a high level of self-drive.
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
