Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist fellow team members in troubleshooting tactics and communicate effectively to resolve IT issues.Ensure strict adherence to all Levy & Compass Group Information Technology policies and procedures.Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.Hard reboot workstations planned for operation based on an open/close list from Operations.
