Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Integration Project Coordinator to oversee application integration projects on our technology team. This role is 100% remote working closely with technical teams to manage and support integration migration schedules. The ideal candidate needs to be a seasoned individual that has worked in a remote environment and understands IT processes. Soft skills are extremely important in this role as this position will need to communicate regularly with end users and stakeholders. You don't have to be an expert on the technical side, but you need to understand how to coordinate projects, people, and schedules in a technical environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project tasks related to email and application migrations, including User Acceptance Testing and QA Testing.
Work with engineers in the field to monitor and track project tasks, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Assist with move management, including reviewing office construction timelines and coordinating logistics.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and users, creating agendas and tracking action items.
Maintain effective communication with all vendors and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Update and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with data sanitation and inventory management protocols.
Travel occasionally to assist with larger integration projects.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Network/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with strong skills in Microsoft Project and Visio.
Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and ServiceNow.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Comfortable working remotely while able to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Experience in managing technical projects involving infrastructure upgrades, application migrations, and email migrations.
Nice to Have:
Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Project+, etc.).
Experience with Office 365 email, Azure, and Active Directory troubleshooting.
Knowledge of network support and system administration.
Previous experience in some type of training capacity, comfortable with public speaking and conducting webinars.
