Job Description

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform startup and shutdown procedures, respond to machine alarms, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Conduct quality checks and document results, including packaging and tagging of finished products.
• Execute preventative maintenance on molds and equipment, including daily and weekly sanitization.
• Manage changeovers for different products and document all relevant production paperwork and process adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and report non-conformances, ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment effectively.
• Prior experience operating injection molding equipment
• Basic math and computer skills, with good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and changing production demands.
• Capability to lift 35 pounds unassisted and perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED required
