- A valid Drivers License
- OSHA Certified and Carpentry experience is a plus!

In this role you will be installing residential window treatments with the potential to grow into other draperies. Professional appearance, clear communication skills, and pleasant demeanor are a must. As you are in contact with employees, customers, and vendors, and in a key position for guaranteeing their satisfaction, your position requires confidentiality, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
Essential Duties: - Responsible for material handling, loading truck, working with ladders, lifts and scaffolding
- Properly measure installation site to obtain specifications for fabrication
- Casual professional dress. Pants that fit at the waist and steel toed shoes are required for job site safety.
- Must be flexible with hours. Overtime and some travel are required. Regular hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday
- Must be able to pass a random drug test and demonstrate a record free of any convictions to enter job sites.
- Communicate effectively with Management and Project Manager informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that the customer objectives are met.
- Ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining your company vehicle and reporting any issues and maintaining proper inventory of needed items on vehicle.
- Proficiency with a variety of hand tools and power tools (i.e. Measuring Tape, Cordless Drill, etc.)
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Have DMV record with positive points and reliable transportation to work.
- Must be physically qualified to perform all duties of the job without physical restrictions. May be required to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, stoop and handle vibrating tools. Requires frequent heavy lifting and carrying over 75 lbs. Must be able to work under heat, cold or dust conditions.
- Eagerness to learn, hard working, self motivated, and willing to work independently as well as part of a team with the ability to multi-task.
