If you are a customer service-oriented individual that likes to smile and interact with cruise ship guests, this is a great part time job for you!

Can you spend the day in the cruise terminal, helping people and getting them ready to sail!
Work as a team member, it's all of us together that make it a success after all!
MUST be good with technology devices like phones and computers
MUST be able to stand for 6-8 hours per shift.
Need people able to push wheelchairs onto the ships

Would like to gain experience in logistics and customer service! We provide guest logistics support to cruise ship lines. You will be working in what's called "Guest Cruise Experience" and the goal is to make our guests feel welcome and have fun, in the meantime, our employees usually have fun too. A busy cruise terminal is a fast paced, exciting place! Most of our agents make great memories and make some friends as well. You will be interacting with guests, answering their questions, and providing them with a great memory of their own. We provide these benefits to our agents:
