Josey Medical Clinic is located in Carrollton . We do have a office in Lewisville and Denton too. 

• Answer incoming telephone calls / emails and responsible for taking messages. 
• Greeting patients and visitors courteously and helpfully
• Register old as well as new patients. Scan patient demographics, identifications, and medical insurance into the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Checking patients in and out of the clinic .
• Help patients with insurance benefits and their paperwork.
• Collect Co pay/ Deductible/ Self Pay Fees.
• Schedule appointments with doctors; calling patients to remind & confirm appointments; rescheduling patients from the bump list.
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies and printed forms
• Sending daily summary to admin at end of day.
• Candidate able to multitask will be good fit.
• Other duties as assigned by the providers.
• Cross Cover if needed.
• Experience in Eclinicalworks EMR is plus.
