FRM, FIELD REIMBURSEMENT MANAGERs , Immediate hiring. Evansville, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY plus (Manhattan, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis/St Paul, Southern Cali to name a few! )
Start dates 12/2/2024, 12/9/2024 and 1/2/2025 (depending on program)
$105-115K, FIELD / Travel territory position, visiting provider offices all around your territory 4 days per week. Pay is DOE and DOL (location)
The best FRM candidates will have:
Expertise in Prior Authorizations for Specialty Drugs, Access and Reimbursement, Patient Access to drug therapies.
· Truly care about the patients and work through all roadblocks and barriers to get the medications approved and paid for.
· Expertise in all: Specialty Drug Prior authorizations through portals, benefits investigations, Medicare Part D, working appeals and denials.
· CoverMyMeds Portal experience and coordination with a hub
· 2-4 years experience in: escalations, education, Commercial co-pay card approvals, Patient Assistance program approvals, foundation coverage, guidelines, and reimbursement. Keeping up with changes and updates to drug programs, new FDA indications, miscellaneous J-codes, ICD-10 codes, and payer policy changes that impact reimbursement.
· We also like to see leadership and training or educating skills, as you will be teaching others in your territory.
· HSD or GED required. BA degree preferred but not always required. We do value experience!
Best candidates are FRMs looking for stability, Biologic Coordinators ready to take a next career step, Nurse's who travel and also have done the prior auths for providers.
TRAVEL/FIELD. Travel Days are generally Mon- Thurs (by car or flight). Arrange your own appointments within your territory. Emphasis is on live in-person office visitations. Usually Mon - Thr with Fridays at-home office days
