The Opportunity As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team you are expected to support engagements by applying accounting, tax, and regulatory standards to complex financial instruments and assisting clients with their understanding of complex financial structures. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Supporting engagements by applying accounting, tax, and regulatory standards Assisting clients with understanding complex financial structures Learning and contributing to client engagement and projects Developing skills and knowledge to deliver quality work Anticipating the needs of teams and clients Embracing ambiguity and asking questions Using challenges as opportunities for growth Contributing to a positive work environment through teamwork What You Must Have Bachelor\'s Degree 1 year of experience Educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license relevant to your practice area (e.g., 150 credit hours for the CPA license) or documentation satisfactory to obtain the CPA license in the state of the office through reciprocity. The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
