Assistant General Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience – 3+ years in quick-service management (must have drive-thru experience)
• Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team
• Financial Management – Oversee costs, inventory, and profitability
• Operations – Maintain high standards in restaurant policies and procedures
• Supervisory Skills – Proven success managing staff in a high-volume environment
