Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Excellent people skills – ability to motivate a diverse workforce. Experience working in an agricultural processing operation. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics Multilingual is a plus (Spanish) LEAN Experience.
