About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to play a pivotal role in the strategic management of financial resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fiscal management, human resources, and related administrative functions for areas and programs reporting to the Office of the Provost. This senior leadership position involves providing financial oversight, reporting, and forecasting, as well as administrative oversight to ensure the effective allocation of resources. The Executive Director will also serve as a college liaison and fiscal advisor, coordinating with academic units to establish and manage financial plans. Applicants for the Executive Director of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree being a plus, and at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and the ability to work in partnership with academic and administrative leaders. The Executive Director will be instrumental in advancing the company's academic and administrative success, particularly in the areas of resource allocation and program results. The position demands a professional who can design and maintain organizational structures, train and evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
