About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Central and Northern Missouri Chapter. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, acting as an ambassador to build deep relationships with community leaders, businesses, and elected officials. This role involves cultivating an influential Board of Directors, inspiring a high-performing team of volunteers and employees, and ensuring the organization's mission is at the forefront of the community. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning, inclusive leadership, and will play a key role in the regional leadership team to shape the direction and success of the organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with local community members and organizations. The role requires a deep understanding of local issues, cultures, and demographics, as well as a track record of influencing governmental stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The Executive Director will be expected to create a culture of inclusion and belonging, and to spearhead the chapter's annual planning process to ensure the organization remains an integral force for good, empowering communities and making a lasting impact.
