As a Sales Engineer , you will:

• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to clearly articulate the value of Ares’ IT solutions. Translate technical capabilities into persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Content Creator Extraordinaire: Leverage your expertise in Information Technology (IT) to write proposals, presentations, white papers, and use case documentation that showcase Ares’ solutions.
• AI-Powered Storytelling: Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to craft, refine, and optimize high-impact content, ensuring clarity, precision, and engagement.
• Client Engagement: Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored technical solutions that align with their objectives.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of technical marketing materials, including case studies, blogs, and product demonstrations.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure technical feasibility while highlighting the business value of Ares’ offerings.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of IT trends, including ServiceNow, AI/ML, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity, to provide cutting-edge insights to clients.

What You'll Bring

• Technical Expertise: A strong background in IT, with a solid understanding of concepts like cloud computing, AI, ServiceNow, and DevSecOps.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• AI Savvy: Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance writing, optimize workflows, or analyze data.

To succeed as a Sales Engineer , candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word , PowerPoint , and Excel , with the ability to create compelling documents, presentations, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of information technology concepts and the ability to translate technical details into clear, client-friendly language.

• Excellent writing skills with a talent for crafting persuasive proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills , both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology , Technical Writing , Communications , or a related field.
• Experience in a technical, sales, or writing-focused role is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation or process improvement.
• Background in sales engineering , technical writing , or similar disciplines.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT platforms is a plus.
