As an Employment Specialist for Office Services , you'll manage every step of the hiring process for administrative professionals: from sourcing talent and interviewing candidates to presenting job offers and partnering with hiring managers . You'll also contribute directly to our business development goals through sales efforts and client relationship management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, and place top administrative talent
• Build relationships with clients and identify staffing needs
• Drive sales through talent marketing and proactive outreach
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with your team to meet weekly and monthly goals

Do you have the following skills/experience?

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence in building relationships in-person and through social media
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM, ATS tools)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, or sales
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required
