Trucking companies and drivers can register their trucks with our AggDirect platform to receive job alerts and manage job tickets, earnings, route optimization, and notifications within the app. For customers, AggDirect facilitates ordering trucks, managing material orders, and generating job reports directly from their mobile device.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at AggDirect in Beltsville, MD. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching truck drivers, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, the Dispatcher will handle scheduling, route planning, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation.

• Experience in customer service or customer facing role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of trucking regulations and routes
• Proficiency in transportation management systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in aggregates, logistics, or dispatching is a plus
