Our client’s Creative Studio is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Digital Asset Manager . This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio’s creative workflow. Are you a data maestro with a passion for organization and process? \nIn this role, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring our client’s digital assets are accurately tagged, organized, and easily accessible to their creative teams. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity and searchability of their digital asset management system (DAM).
\nWhat You’ll Do:
\nEnrich creative assets with metadata, including usage rights, embargo dates, project details, and product information.
\nManage and maintain our client’s digital asset management system (DAM), ensuring data integrity and searchability.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement data governance processes within the Creative Studio.
\nSupport the content supply chain, user education, and future asset management innovations for the client’s creative team.
\nTroubleshoot searchability issues and improve the overall usability of our client’s DAM ecosystem.
\nContribute to the documentation and standardization of asset management procedures for the Creative Studio.
\nWhat You’ll Need:
\n2+ years of experience as an asset manager or librarian in an enterprise-level DAM system.
\nA BA in Library Science
\nA strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices.
\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.
\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Bridge, Photoshop) is a plus.
\nFamiliarity with digital rights management and legal requirements for creative assets.
\nBonus Points:
\nExperience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
\nFamiliarity with AEM Assets.
\nExperience with Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.

\nThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
