Day Custodian at National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C.

Shift: Monday through Friday

Multiple Locations Available


Part Time 8am-12pm AVISTA 1411 E. Mission Spokane, WA

Full Time 8am-4:30pm ITRON 211 N Molter Rd Liberty Lake, WA

Wage: $17.00/hr. to $18.00/hr. DOE

Location: Spokane, WA

Requirements:

• You must be at or over 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak or understand English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Able to drive a golf cart throughout the premises.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Reporting client requests to account manager
• Maintaining Common areas
• Restocking Supplies
• Customer Service/Communication with Clients
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Cleaning Windows
