You will be integral to our team in the industry, performing calculations and maintaining communication via email.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering data related to gross margin payroll from work orders
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain and organize data
• Providing top-notch customer service by promptly resolving customer inquiries
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry and calculations
• Corresponding via email to ensure effective communication within the team and with customers
• Utilizing Microsoft Word for document creation and management
• Organizing files for easy access and efficient data management
• Performing calculations as needed to maintain accurate records
• Scanning documents as required, ensuring they are correctly filed and easily accessible
• Typing documents, emails, and other correspondences as required.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently is required
• Should be adept at email correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential
• Must have experience in organizing files and maintaining records
• Ability to perform basic calculations is required
• Familiarity with scanning documents and other relevant materials is necessary
• Excellent typing skills are essential
