Job Description: Were seeking a full-time Corporate Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong leadership skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees and streamlines the billing and collections processes.
• Ensures accurate and efficient billing procedures.
• Manages patient insurance verification and claims processing.
• Plans and implements quality assurance for all processes.
• Monitors compliance with legal and health insurance policies.
• Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions.
• Develops, hires, and retains revenue cycle team members.
• Provides guidance and evaluates performance of personnel.
• Leads initiatives to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
• Collaborates with other departments for seamless operations.
• Ensures timely and efficient revenue cycle performance.
• Communicates with insurance providers and negotiates payment issues.
• Assists with other tasks as requested by the manager.
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Preferred experience with Meditech and Cerner

Schedule Details

• Full Time (40 hrs/week)
