Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join their team. As a Contracts Analyst, you will be part of the legal department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Draft and negotiate commercial sales agreements across several routes-to-market.
• Collaborate with counsel and contracts managers to develop and update contractual terms.
• Facilitate global cross-functional reviews with a focus on collaboration.
• Conduct detailed proofreading and analysis of sales agreements.
• Support the contract/template development process and provide education support.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles.
• Ability to manage diverse contractual issues simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines with high quality.
