Construction Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

This role offers you the chance to manage diverse, high-quality construction projects nationwide, collaborate with skilled professionals, and make a difference for clients in key industries.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing budgets, schedules, quality control, and client relationships
• Coordinating design, procurement, subcontractor engagement, and preconstruction activities
• Driving safety compliance and managing risks
• Document management, RFI supervision, and project milestone communication
• Traveling to job sites nationwide to guarantee excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
• 3+ years working with food processing, food distribution, cold storage, and/or industrial manufacturing projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suites; experience with Bluebeam and Procore
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
• Willingness to travel
