We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople.
• Help with the installation of structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and siding.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols on-site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to project timelines.
