Job Description
Responsible for the upkeep of Company’s facilities conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, and performing basic maintenance procedures.
• Perform routine inspections Aquablue Commercial Building, HUB 787 Building, Points of Presence (POPS) facilities, and any other Company facilities to identify issues.
• Conduct basic repair of damaged structures including, but not limited to, floors, doors, and acoustic panels.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures.
• Paint offices, POPS facilities, roofs, parking, among others.
• Repair cracks in walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using plaster and/or other materials.
• Conduct basic plumbing tasks fitting and repairing appliances for safety and functionality.
• Perform minor electrical work and lamp changing.
• Perform general cleaning and disposal of trash, debris, and similar items when needed.
• Respond to emergency problems in the facilities and performs emergency repairs when needed.
• Operate power tools such as floor buffer, pressure washer, and electric hand drill.
• Perform basic masonry tasks.
