About the Opportunity: We're currently seeking Criminal Justice students in their 3rd or 4th year or recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in compliance and financial investigations. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence work, even if you don't yet have full-time work experience. What You'll Do: Conduct sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEP) screenings using Bridger, the enterprise screening platform Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) research on individuals and entities Collaborate with business units and compliance teams to assess potential risks Document findings clearly and accurately for internal reporting Learn and apply regulatory and compliance frameworks in daily tasks What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice , Criminology, Political Science, or a related field Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Good analytical and investigative mindset Effective written and verbal communication skills Comfortable conducting internet-based research Ability to multitask and manage time effectively No prior experience required - we will train the right candidate Preferred But Not Required: Familiarity with AML concepts or sanctions screening Experience with Bridger Insight or other screening tools Local to the Phoenix, AZ area Why Apply?
