Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Network Engineering Specialist to support, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco-based network infrastructure on-site.
The role requires expertise in network configuration, security, and support, alongside project management skills to lead maintenance and deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Cisco Catalyst Switches (Series 2960, 3650, 9200, 9600) with stack virtual technologies.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VRF technology, and firewall policies on Cisco ASA.
Administer Cisco Security Suite (Umbrella, DUO, StealthWatch, SecureX) and Cisco Client for network access control.
Manage Cisco wireless systems (IOS-XE, AIROS) and Cisco AnyConnect VPN settings.
Support wireless technologies including Ubiquity and RADWIN PTP/PTMP systems.
Conduct equipment staging, implementation (rack & stack), and acceptance testing
Oversee technical projects and mentor field technicians
Implement and manage NIST 800-37 guidelines, SSL certificates, and GRC standards.
Handle Linux (basic), Microsoft Windows Server, and Citrix administration.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience at a CCNP level with Cisco routing, switching, and security.
Proficiency with redundancy/resilience architecture, logging technologies, and network management protocols (DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, Dot1x).
Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Nexus 5K, VMWare, and Open Gear Console Server.
Additional Skills
:
Experience with mid-level WAN/LAN design, Citrix, SSL management, and technical project management.
