About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership and governance for the deployment and support of technology across its various institutions. The CIO will be responsible for developing and implementing a collaborative and integrated technology strategy that aligns with the mission and goals of the College, Seminary, Parish, and Archabbey. This includes streamlining operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the security and availability of data and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to create and execute technological, educational, and business initiatives, and will be tasked with staying abreast of emerging technologies to drive digital transformation. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Bachelor's degree required, and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in IT leadership. Essential duties include overseeing the management of various IT systems and services, utilizing frameworks and methodologies to maximize value, and managing relationships with third-party vendors. The role also involves leading a team, managing budgets, and providing training to build digital literacy skills.
