Chick-fil-A Restaurant Maintenance and Food Preparation Team Member

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Chick-fil-A team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facility while actively participating in food preparation tasks. Your contributions will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests. The duties include, but are not limited to:

General Facility Upkeep:

Regular maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant premises.
Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks:

Emptying trash receptacles throughout the facility.
Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors to maintain a spotless environment.
Cleaning and sanitizing glass surfaces, tabletops, and chairs.
Playground, patio, and parking lot cleaning and upkeep.
Dusting fixtures, walls, and ceilings.
Undertaking deep cleaning projects as assigned.
Chairs and table leg cleaning to ensure a tidy dining area.
Vacuuming carpets and maintaining general wall and baseboard cleanliness.
Food Preparation Assistance:

Assisting with chicken rotation to ensure freshness and quality.
Managing freezer and thaw cabinets to meet food safety standards.
Participating in the fileting and sorting of chicken as per restaurant guidelines.
Undertaking other general food preparation duties as assigned.
Dish Washing:

Operating dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in the dishwashing process.
Organizing and restocking clean dishes in designated areas.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of clean dishes for food preparation.
Sanitation and Hygiene:

Cleaning and maintaining restroom facilities to high standards.
Regular cleaning and upkeep of the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru areas.
Kitchen cleaning and maintenance, including equipment, shelving, and utensils.
Cleaning and sanitizing trash bins and designated dumpster areas.
Utility Work:

Performing utility work as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.
