A packaging manufacturer near the Bardstown, KY area is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their plant. This is a senior leadership position that reports to the Company President. You will oversee sales & marketing activities, ensuring business development & brand identity are in position to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have several years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, and preferably with flexible packaging. THIS POSITION IS REMOTE | UP TO 50% TRAVEL | EXPECTED TO VISIT ONSITE OCCASIONALLY This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.
