What You'll Be Doing:

As a Business Developer , you'll:

• Connect with local businesses to learn their hiring needs and offer solutions
• Develop community relationships and stay involved in local networking events
• Strategically build and manage your own sales territory
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, face-to-face visits, and trade shows
• Share insight on local workforce trends and hiring solutions
• Help match great people with great opportunities - and make a real difference in your town!

Requirements:

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude
• Experience with territory sales , trade shows , or business development
• Comfortable calling on local businesses and engaging in B2B sales
• Prior customer service or sales experience
• Basic understanding of business operations and hiring needs
• High school diploma/GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus!)
