About Us
We are a premier provider of effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming for neurodiverse children between the ages of 2 to 10 years old. Our highly individualized curriculum focuses on advancements in basic skills necessary for learning, pre-academic and academic skills, daily life skills, and cognitive skills to aid children in their natural development.
We are a family-owned and operated organization that strives to offer a warm, ‘like home’ clinical environment for our clients and staff. We are not run by private equity firms that churn clients and employees, prioritizing quantity over quality. The owners are tenured Board Certified Behavior Analysts and are passionate about providing the best care for our clients, while offering an encouraging work environment supporting you with the tools needed to succeed.
What sets us apart? We pride ourselves on adhering to the highest standards in the industry and are dedicated to offering the highest quality of care that drives outcomes for our clients and families. Upholding our standards and our commitment to quality care has earned us benchmark accreditation from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE). We take this effort to the heart of everything we do here at ABC Therapy Clinics, and we encourage you to be a part of this great journey.
Working with us, you will receive the professional guidance and personal development needed to be the best leader capable of supporting our teams and clients. Come grow with us and take advantage of our generous incentives and benefits while maintaining an invaluable work-life balance. Why work for only compensation when you can also drive your passion, provide meaningful client care, and work alongside a dedicated team every single day?
Come be a part of our family!
