Bar Manager

📍 Location: Fishtown
💰 Compensation: $10/Hour + Tips - 40 hours per week required
📅 Full-time, Hourly 

As the Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. You will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, ensuring top-notch service, and upholding company standards. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a deep knowledge of mixology, bar management, and team dynamics.

• Supervise and manage the bar team, including bartenders, servers, and support staff
• Collaborate with the General Manager to create and maintain an innovative, creative cocktail menu that aligns with our brand.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in overseeing bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Implement and maintain all health and safety standards, including alcohol laws and regulations

• A hands-on, service industry veteran who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and financial tracking
• Familiarity with local liquor laws and regulations
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service.
