Duties and Responsibilities:
Hiring, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
Scheduling staff shifts and assigning tasks
Addressing staff concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
Managing liquor, beer, wine, and beverage inventory
Cost analysis and managing beverage cost
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly
Monitoring expenses and adhering to budget constraints
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the bar
Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations
Implement new beverages and seasonal cocktails
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous bar manager experience, required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
