THE WORK

Aegis Officer Operator instruction and curriculum development: This individual will join a multi-instructor and developer workforce providing Aegis and BMD curriculum and instruction for our U.S. and International Program customers. Develop innovative training solutions and recommendations to support emerging training requirements, provide technical liaison between OEM, product development teams and internal and external customers, support technical meetings, and develop specialized briefs. Deliver formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports. Domestic and Foreign travel is required. Primary work location is Dahlgren, VA. or Moorestown, NJ. US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.

Basic Qualifications: Experienced in the employment of the Aegis Combat System in Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) environments. Specialized experience related to and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Aegis Capabilities & Limitations and Combat Systems Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP). US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. Desired Skills: Integrated Air and Missile Defense Weapons and Tactics Instructor (IAMD WTI) Tactical Action Officer (TAO) Anti-Air Warfare Coordinator (AAWC) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
