Duties include:
1. Transaction Processing: Handle accounts payable and receivable, including daily posting, invoice & cash receipts entry, charge credit card & ACH payments.
2. Financial Reporting: Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including accounts receivable summaries and operational updates.
3. Reconciliations and Verifications: Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
4. Administrative Support: Organize and maintain financial and HR documents.
5. Tax and Compliance Assistance: Prepare supporting documents for sales and use tax filings.
6. Office and Operational Tasks: Order office and warehouse supplies as needed.
7. Periodic Activities: Handle quarterly and annual tasks such as bad debt write-offs and supporting tax filings.

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in Accounting preferred
* Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
* Intermediate to advanced Excel a plus
* ERP experience a plus
* Willing to train entry/junior level candidates!
